Some DLIs in Canada are re-opening for international students from 20th Oct 2020.
Make sure:
1. Your DLI (Designated Learning Institutes) must be on the approved COVID-19 readiness plans before you travel to Canada.
2. You must have a valid study permit or have been approved for a study permit.
